Ordering
An order form will be sent to you following a request to order by email, phone or fax.

Please note that all orders are subject to a delivery charge, the cost of which will be clearly shown on your order form.

Email
Email your requirements to info@lenoram.com and we will send you an order form to complete and return with the full payment to the address below. Provide a colour swatch where necessary. Clearly state the quantities you require and colours. It is important you include all your contact details i.e. daytime phone/mobile numbers, email address, delivery address details. Send payment to: Lenora M. Unit 2, 42 Vyse Street, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B18 6HF.

By Phone/Fax
0121 628 0151. Followed by written confirmation of your order and the payment for the full amount of your order to the address below, including postage costs as quoted at the time of your enquiry.

Delivery
Delivery is usually within 10-14 days from receipt and clearance of your cheque for the full amount of the order. Some personalised items may take longer, an estimated delivery time will be given when the order is placed. Orders are subject to a delivery charge. We can also arrange overseas delivery, please ask for details.

Guarantee
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, just notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for it to be rectified at no additional expense to you. We will not accept responsibility if we are not notified within this time limit. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Bespoke Service
We may be able to customise products to suit your individual needs. Please call or E-mail us with your requirements to receive our creative input or advice.

Product Development
We reserve the right to make changes to our products, and will make any significant changes known to our customers. We do not accept any liability arising as a result of such changes.

Cancellations
No amendments or cancellations can be made once production has commenced. Once orders have been placed and paid for all payments are non-refundable.
